Japchae: 200g oyster mushroom, 1 onion, 1½ bell pepper, 1 bell pepper, 100g glass noodles, 100g oil

Sauce: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 5 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1½ tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1/5 leek.

1. In 1 liter of boiling water, add the glass noodles and cook for 10 minutes until they become translucent and soft.

2. Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water and drain.

3. In 1 liter of boiling water, add a pinch of salt, add the oyster mushrooms and blanch for one minute.

4. Wash the blanched mushrooms in cold water to cool, then squeeze out the excess water.

5. Cut the remaining vegetables into 0.5 cm thick slices.

6. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, all the vegetables and sauté for 30 seconds.

7. Add the vegetables and sauce, stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes to finish.
