1. Sauté 2 onions in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.
2. Add 250g of sliced meat and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of Kashmiri Masala paste and mix constantly.
4. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and cook over medium heat until the meat is well cooked.
5. Serve hot with naan bread or rice.
