RECIPE: Fried meat with breadcrumbs
1. Prepare 1/2–1 kg of meat for coating: ground beef or chicken, formed into patties; chicken thighs; breasts; fish fillets (fish sticks); shrimp; or large fresh onions cut into rings (onion rings).
2. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a fork. Then, add 2 tablespoons of water.
3. In a frying pan, heat plenty of vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).
4. Moisten the prepared meat with the beaten egg. Then coat it generously with KRUSTO. Gently shake off the excess breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown. Place on absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
