1. Mix the contents of the sachet with 55–110ml of natural yogurt.
2. Add 450g of diced chicken or lamb meat and marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Thread the meat onto skewers.
4. Grill/oven grill for 8–10 minutes, brushing with butter and the remaining marinade during cooking.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges or salad.
