Esta pasta de especias para salsa de cacahuete concentra cacahuetes molidos, chili, lemongrass y un toque de gambas en una base lista para satay.
Al cocinarla queda cremosa y ligeramente picante, con notas dulces y un aroma herbal que combina muy bien con coco o leche.
Mezcla el sobre con agua o leche de coco, un poco de azúcar y aceite, lleva a ebullición y deja espesar unos 5 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando.
Rinde para unas 4 raciones y es ideal como dip para satay, aliño de ensaladas o salsa para fideos; lleva certificación Halal.

Ingredients (for 4 servings): 1 packet of peanut sauce powder mix, 110 ml of water, coconut milk or milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Instructions:
1. Pour the peanut mixture into a small saucepan.
2. Add the water, sugar, and oil, and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
