1. Blanch the rice noodles (100g), bean sprouts and water spinach or the vegetable of your choice (approximately 50g of each) in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. Boil 2 cups of water (480 ml) and add the sauce (120 g).
3. Add 200g of your choice of meat, such as sliced beef, sliced chicken, or meatballs. Boil until cooked.
4. In a bowl, place the rice noodles and blanched vegetables. Then, sprinkle with fried garlic (6 g), chopped spring onion, and cilantro leaves. Pour the soup over the top and serve.
