Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):
1 packet of Kimchi Korean Soup Spice Paste; 500ml water; 150g sliced ​​seafood or meat (chicken or beef); 100g napa cabbage or kimchi; 1 small onion, cut into bite-sized pieces; chopped spring onion for garnish.

Preparation:

1. Bring the water to a boil. Add the onion and the Spice Paste; mix well while sautéing.

2. Add the meat and cabbage or kimchi and bring back to a boil.

3. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Garnish with the spring onion.
