This spice paste for peanut sauce combines ground peanuts, chili, lemongrass, and a hint of shrimp in a base ready for satay.
When cooked, it becomes creamy and mildly spicy, with sweet notes and a herbal aroma that pairs very well with coconut or milk.
Mix the sachet with water or coconut milk, a little sugar, and oil, bring to a boil, and let it thicken for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes about 4 servings and is ideal as a dip for satay, a salad dressing, or a sauce for noodles; it is Halal certified.

Ingredients (for 4 servings): 1 packet of peanut sauce powder mix, 110 ml of water, coconut milk or milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Instructions:
1. Pour the peanut mixture into a small saucepan.
2. Add the water, sugar, and oil, and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
