Recipe suggestion for 2–3 people:
1. Mix 2 cups of coconut milk (approx. 400 ml) with 50 g of curry paste and heat in a pan.
2. Cook about 200g of meat, pieces of vegetables and canned eggplant in the sauce. Season to taste.
