For soup:
1. Cook the noodles in enough water for about 5 minutes.
2. Next, drain the water and add the noodles to the soup of your choice.
To sauté:
1. Cook the noodles in sufficient water for about 4 minutes or soak them in a hot water bath (70-80°C) covered for about 10 minutes.
2. Then, rinse them briefly with cold water and let them drain.
3. Use them for sautéing.
