1. Sauté 450g of meat and 600g of vegetables (all ingredients cut into small pieces) in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
2. Add 540 ml of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for approximately 15 minutes, until the ingredients are tender.
3. Turn off the heat, break the spice paste (92 g) into pieces, and add it to the pan. Stir until the paste is completely dissolved.
4. Simmer for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
