1. Boil 250 ml of coconut milk. Add 500 g of chicken breast and 50 g of tom ka spice paste.
2. Cook until the meat is cooked. Add 500 ml of water and bring to a simmer.
3. Add another 250 ml of coconut milk and let it cook gently. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice.
