These frozen Korean kimchi pancakes contain savory batter with fermented cabbage, ready to brown in a pan or oven.
When cooked, they are crispy on the outside and tender inside, with the tangy, spicy and umami flavor of kimchi coming through clearly.
Fry them for about 3 minutes per side with a little oil, or bake them at 200 °C for 8–10 minutes until golden.
