This tandoori curry paste combines ginger, garlic, cilantro and Indian spices for oven or grill marinades.

Vegetarian 1. Fry 2 sliced onions, then add 500g of meat or vegetables, 2–3 tbsp of Pasco Tandoori Paste and 1/2 cup of water.
2. Stir and simmer until the meat or vegetables are cooked through.
