This concentrated pho ga broth provides an aromatic chicken base for preparing Vietnamese pho in just a few minutes.
Its profile is salty and spiced, with notes of cinnamon, star anise, ginger and cloves typical of chicken pho.
Dissolve one cube in about 500ml of boiling water, simmer for 2–3 minutes and serve with rice noodles, fresh herbs and lemon.
