1. Rinse the rice several times under cold running water and drain. Pour the rice into a saucepan.

2. Add the same amount of water as rice.

3. Bring the rice and water to a boil, keeping the pot covered. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes, keeping the pot covered.

4. Remove from heat and let it rest covered for 15 more minutes.

5. Season the rice in a wooden bowl by adding the Sushi-su seasoning.

6. Mix to taste about 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.

7. Heat it aside before adding it to the rice and mix it gently.
