Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of water, 450g of boneless and chopped chicken, 1 beaten egg, 125g of cornstarch (corn flour), oil for frying.
Instructions:
1. Cover the chicken pieces with the beaten egg.
2. Place the chicken and cornstarch in a plastic bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
3. Fry in a pan or deep fry in oil until the chicken is cooked.
