1. In a pan (classic frying):
* Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan to about 180°C.
* Fry the pieces one by one for 2-3 seconds until fully expanded.
* Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
* Let it cool and serve as a snack or side dish.

2. In microwave:
* Place one or two pieces between two sheets of absorbent paper.
* Heat on high for 30 to 60 seconds until puffed.
* Watch to prevent burning.

3. In soup:
* Add 100g of chips to 400ml of boiling water.
* Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.
* Add other ingredients such as meat, shrimp, vegetables or spices to taste.
* Cook everything together for a few more minutes and serve hot.

Conservation:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container to preserve its texture.
