1. Wash the rice for about 3 minutes until the water runs clear.
2. Add 1.5 parts water to 1 part rice to a saucepan and cook covered over medium/low heat for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
3. Stir well. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes before using.
