Ingredients (serves 4) 1 sachet of Indian korma curry spice paste, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 450 g of boneless chicken, cut into small pieces, 220 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of cream, coconut cream or yogurt, 2 tablespoons of flaked almonds or crushed cashews for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and spice paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add the meat and sauté for 3 minutes. Stir in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the cream, coconut cream, or yogurt before serving. Garnish with almonds or cashews if desired. Serve hot.
