Ingredients (serves 4): 1 packet of Szechuan Classic Stir-Fry Spice Paste; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 250g chicken or beef, thinly sliced or chopped; 250g mixed vegetables or tofu (cut into bite-sized pieces); spring onion (scallion), cut into 1cm pieces for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the spice paste and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the meat and sauté for 3 minutes.
4. Add the vegetables or tofu and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot with rice.
