1. Rinse the package under running water, drain it, and prepare the outer wrapper for eating.
2. Add the rice cakes, sauce, water, fish cakes, and green onions to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Once the water starts to boil, mix well over medium heat and finish.
