1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add 100g of chicken meat in strips and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add 4 cups (880ml) of water or broth and the contents of the sachet. Mix and bring to a boil. Add 70g of chopped vegetables.
4. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water and add to the soup. Cook for 3 minutes.
5. Gradually add a beaten egg while mixing.
6. Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onion.
