Beef bulgogi – can be served with rice or vegetable rolls.
Preparation:
Marinade for Bulgogi – Spicy (80 g), beef (300 g), carrot (30 g), pepper (30 g), leek (20 g).
1. Marinate the beef with the Bulgogi marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Roast the meat in the oven at 170-190 °C for 10-20 minutes, or stir-fry it over high heat until the meat is cooked.
3. Add the carrots, peppers, and leeks to make the dish more appetizing.
For stir-frying, it is recommended to use beef cut into thin strips. Besides beef, the marinade for Bulgogi can be used to marinate other types of meat.
