1. Heat a frying pan and heat the contents of this package along with 250g of chopped beef or chicken.
2. Sauté until the meat is cooked. Add 240 ml of water and bring to a boil.
3. Add eggplant, bamboo shoots, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves and chilies, and bring back to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce to taste and serve with cooked rice.
