1. Place a sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat and scoop the rice onto it. Then flatten the rice with your hand.
2. Put your favorite vegetables like shrimp, cucumbers, etc. on top of the rice.
3. When rolling the sushi, press it down holding the vegetables in between.
4. Hold the bamboo mat in position and press the sushi roll gently.
5. You should wrap it tightly, and press on both sides to make sure the roll is tightly closed.
6. Press the roll lightly into a square or round shape with your hand, and you can cut it into 6 to 8 pieces.
