Organic ramen noodles with a silky, elastic texture, made with vegan ingredients and designed to create an authentic Japanese-style bowl.

They are perfect for preparing shoyu ramen, miso ramen, vegetable tonkotsu ramen, vegan tantanmen , or even creative versions with tofu, mushrooms and vegetables.

Their quick cooking time allows them to be easily incorporated into stir-fries, soups, wok dishes, homemade yakisoba, or fusion dishes.

1. Cook the noodles for approximately 4 minutes in plenty of water, or pour them over hot water (approximately 70–80 °C) and let them stand covered for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the water and, if desired, wash the noodles with fresh water and let them drain.
3. Mix them with other ingredients to taste and season to your preference. Alternatively, you can sauté them for 2–3 minutes or serve them on their own as a side dish. They are also suitable for soups.
