1. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 1 cup (240 ml) of cold water.
2. Prepare 500g of shrimp, leaving the tails on. Heat a frying pan with plenty of vegetable oil at medium temperature (175°C).
3. Hold the shrimp by their tails, dip them in the batter and immediately place them in the pan.
4. Fry until golden brown.
