1. In a frying pan, add a small amount of oil and stir-fry meat, cabbage, bell peppers, or other ingredients to your liking.
2. Add the noodles, pour in a little water, and stir-fry while separating them. Then, add the included sauce and mix well. Easy cooking!
3. Serve on a plate and accompany with pickled ginger (beni shōga) or other toppings to your liking.
If the noodles are cold and have hardened:
When it's cold (e.g., in winter) or if they've been in the refrigerator, the noodles may harden and break when cooked. In that case, before stir-frying, warm them up:
In the microwave for about 30 seconds (without removing from the inner packaging), or by submerging them in hot water for about 1–2 minutes.
