1. Hold the bamboo mat in position and press the roll down firmly.

2. Place a sheet of seaweed on the mat, place the rice on top and press it evenly with your hand.

3. The roll should be firm. Gently press both ends of the sushi to ensure the roll is tightly sealed.

4. Place your favorite vegetables, shrimp, cucumber, etc., on top of the rice.

5. As you roll the seaweed sheet, press the ingredients down with your fingers to keep them in place.

6. Use finger pressure to shape the roll and cut it into 6 to 8 pieces.
