Frying pan
1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, carrot, cabbage, and udon noodles, and stir-fry well.
2. Add the sukiyaki sauce and continue stir-frying for a few minutes.
Microwave
1. Place the vegetables and udon noodles in a microwave-safe container. Pour half of the sukiyaki sauce over them.
2. Cover the container and heat in the microwave at 500 W for 5 minutes.
After heating, add the rest of the sukiyaki sauce and mix well.
For decoration
You can use green onions or aonori seaweed flakes as a garnish.
