1. Mix the flour with water in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Add the eggs, meat and vegetables to the dough and mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it into a circle (about 15 cm in diameter and 1.5 cm thick). Cook both sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
4. Place the okonomiyaki on a plate and add Otafuku Sauce on top.
Tip: Add mayonnaise and seaweed to taste.
