1. Marinate the meat:
- Place 500g of pork ribs in a bowl.
- Add CJ Beksul Doeji Galbi Marinade Sauce (about 1/4 to 1/2 of the bottle, depending on the amount of meat).
- Mix well to coat the ribs with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours in the refrigerator for best flavor. If possible, marinate overnight.
2. Cook:
- Grill, broil, or pan-fry the ribs over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through and golden brown.
3. Serve:
- Serve the pork ribs paired with rice or salad, and enjoy the delicious flavor of the marinade.
