Ingredients:
150g Sempio sauce for Tteokbokki
300g rice cake (tteok)
150g of water (1 cup)
Fish cake (eomuk) to taste
Onion and spring onion to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut the fish pie and vegetables (onion and spring onion) into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a saucepan, add the water and rice cake. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, or until the rice cake softens.
3. Add the Sempio Tteokbokki Sauce and the chopped vegetables along with the fish cake.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring well, for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the ingredients are well combined.
5. Serve hot and enjoy.
