Ita-San's mild Japanese curry is the perfect base for one of Japan's most popular dishes: kare raisu . With a mild spiciness, this curry paste dissolves easily and provides a sweet, spicy, and comforting flavor that's ideal for the whole family.
Simply cook onion, carrot, potato, and meat (or tofu), add water, and dissolve the curry paste until thickened. Serve over Japanese white rice for a delicious and complete dish. You can also use it as a base for curry udon or Japanese croquettes with curry filling.

1. In a large skillet, fry prepared ingredients, such as sliced onions, in oil.
2. Add 150-200 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Break up two pieces of the curry block, add them together, and stir constantly until dissolved.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
5. Serve the sauce with rice and katsu or tofu, as desired.
